Scott Bonora

Scott Bonora began his career at Salomon Brothers in Tampa, Florida immediately after graduating with a degree in Finance from the University of South Florida in 1997. While working with the Emerging Markets desk, Mr. Bonora was responsible for a team which handled emerging markets trade flow. In 2000, after relocating to New York, Mr. Bonora left Salomon Smith Barney to join Morgan Stanley's Credit Derivatives/CDO and fixed income institutional securities group.  After 4 years at Morgan Stanley, Scott left the firm to open Joseph Scott's office in New York City.

Scott's main focus is business development in the Northeast, where he has established relationships with some of the largest real estate brokerage and development companies in the tri-state area. Scott also maintains relationships with some of the company's institutional and private capital sources, many of which are headquartered in New York.

Mr. Bonora has extensive knowledge in commercial and residential real estate finance, the bond and equity markets as well as structured products.  Mr. Bonora operates out of the company's New York office, which is located in the Empire State Building.  The objective of the Joseph Scott team is to provide impeccable service to our clients while guiding them through the entire financing process, ultimately adding value by securing the best possible terms for their needs.
