The information and documentation that you will need to provide will depend on they type of financing you require. Based on a typical commercial loan, these are some of the items that you should have ready to provide.

• Business and personal tax returns
• Personal Financial Statement
• Most Recent Asset Statements
• Resume and/or Bio
• Copy of Your Current Mortgage Coupon (If Refinancing)
• Copy of any available 3rd party reports
• Executive Summary
