Due to the extremely volatile credit markets that we are currently experiencing, we do not post rate quotes.  In this market environment, every deal must be individually scrutinized, reviewed, and priced accordingly.  Please call us with your loan scenario.  If we are able to provide financing, we will provide a term sheet typically within 48 hours of receiving the requested supporting documents.  If we are not able to assist with financing, we will provide you with a quick response and explanation of why we are not able to provide a loan.
